Oxygen is having very important role in the life of human being and all the living and non-living objects available on the earth. It is also having large commercial use. Bhartiya Cryogas is the manufacturer of oxygen producing machine using different methodology for commercial production.

Our oxygen machines working on following principles

1) Pressure swing adsorption process:- PSA oxygen generator uses zeolite molecular sieve as sorbent, produces oxygen by making use of the PSA principle. Under certain pressure, zeolite molecular sieve has different oxygen/nitrogen adsorption capacity, i.e. much more nitrogen adsorption capacity than oxygen adsorption capacity.

2) Air separation by cryogenic process:- Commercial oxygen produced in cryogenic gas plants use the cryogenic distillation process originally developed in 1895. This cryogenic process produces oxygen that is 99+% pure. The steps involved are as follows:

  • Compression of atmospheric air by Air Compressor
  • Purification of air by Process Skid
  • Cooling of air by Expansion Engine (Expander)
  • Separation of liquid air into Oxygen and Nitrogen by Air Separation Column
  • Compression/withdrawal and filling of oxygen/nitrogen

3) Membrane separation process

  2. The above product capacities are based on ambient conditions of 15degC temperature 760mm of Hg pressure and 50% relative humidity and 0.03% of Carbon Dioxide is allowed as impurity.

  1. High purity of Nitrogen PPM grade can also be tapped simultaneously with additional liquid nitrogen pump
  2. Higher capacities above 600 m3/hr can also be furnished upon request
  3. Filling station for Nitrogen can also be provided at extra cost
